My friend Cody found this. Holy shit.

This was a crazy show that was supposed to be an acoustic set in a really small record store (Nevermind had just came out, just getting big). The show ended up being jam packed plugged in craziness. It was awesome.

We we’re all talking to Nirvana after they finished playing, when a roadie waving around a cassette tape ran up to Dave and said something about catching a kid with a tape recorder. Dave got in the guy’s face real angry-like and told him to go find the kid and give him his tape back. I wonder if this is from that kids tape.

Side note: at this Nirvana show, at Northern Lights there was a small display with a few demo tapes from a band Cody said he'd heard good things about, so I bought one. The tape was Walt Mink’s “Poll Riders Win Again”.
