So we didn't take the camera out of it's bag once during our trip to St. Paul :( Thankfully we did get one picture from my phone of Helen with her cousin Aurelia while we were at dinner.

I can't believe it, my niece Aurelia is walking!!!

Ali sent some great pics of Aurelia yesterday, a few of them from the Ethiopian Adoption picnic we went to in Minnesota on 7/27. There are some really good ones, you can find the pics here: aurelia pics here. It's hard to tell, but in the picture to the left, and in the picture with my dad, she is "bouncing". Aurelia loves to bounce: she does this kind of jumping thing while you hold her. When we went over to Ali's and Justin's house to visit on the way out of town we got to see Aurelia in her jumper. It's one of those seats that hangs from the ceiling and lets the baby jump around; Aurelia loves it. It was amazing to see the level of control she had over which way she wanted to face... you can tell she's going to be a speed demon when she learns how to crawl and/or walk. She's got some really strong legs on her :)
